【摘要】 目的:探讨以肠造口定位吻合率为专科质量指标在造口患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2017年5月1日～11月30日设置专科护理质量指标前的55例患者作为对照组,按照常规方法进行造口定位;将2017年12月1日～2018年6月30日设置专科护理质量指标后的65例患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上适时进行专科质量指标监测。比较两组患者肠造口定位吻合率及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者造口定位吻合率由对照组的70. 9%提升至定位后的86. 1%,并发症发生率由25. 5%下降至9. 2%,两组造口定位吻合率、并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将肠造口定位吻合率作为造口护理的专科质量指标,可以有效降低造口患者相关并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,促进护理质量持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of enterostomy location consistency rate as the specialty quality index in the nursing of patients with stoma. Methods: A total of 55 patients before the setting of the special care quality index from May 1 to November 30,2017 were taken as the control group. The stoma location was carried out according to the conventional method in the control group. Sixtyfive patients from December 1,2017 to June 30,2018 assigned with an indicator of specialty quality of care were divided into the observation group. And they were timely monitored on the basis of the control group. The enterostomy location consistency rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The enterostomy location consistency rate in the observation group increased from 70. 9% in the control group to 86. 1% after localization,and the incidence of complications decreased from 25. 5% to 9. 2%. The differences in the enterostomy location consistency rate and the incidence of complications in the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The enterostomy location consisency rate as the specialty quality index of stoma nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications related to stoma patients,improve the quality of life of patients and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.更多还原
