【摘要】 目的:探讨饮食管理路径在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者围术期营养护理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年10月1日～2019年1月31日接受悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)治疗的80例OSAHS患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组接受常规营养护理,观察组在常规营养护理基础上实施饮食管理路径,比较两组患者OSAHS手术饮食知识调查表评分、营养护理满意度。结果:术前1 d、术后3 d、出院时观察组患者OSAHS手术饮食知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组营养护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:实施饮食管理路径能够提高OSAHS患者围术期营养护理效果,从而促进患者科学选择手术饮食,促进患者康复,提高饮食护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary management pathway in perioperative nutritional care for patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS). Methods: From October 1,2018 to January 31,2019,a total of 80 patients with OSAHS who received UPPP were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each. The control group received conventional nutrition care,and the observation group implemented dietary management pathway based on conventional nutritional care. The score of diet knowledge questionnaire for OSAHS patients and nutrition care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The OSAHS knowledge scores 1 day before surgery,3 days after surgery and on discharge day in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). The nutritional nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
