【摘要】 创新驱动发展已成为转型期经济社会发展的一种重要形式,而自主创新能力对区域经济发展的驱动作用日趋显著。本研究构建了自主创新能力和创新驱动发展的相关指标体系,并且运用灰色关联分析,对青海自主创新能力与创新驱动发展的灰色关联度进行了递进分析和不同发展阶段的对比分析,研究结果显示青海省自主创新能力在逐步提升,创新驱动发展的效应与效果也日趋明显,自主创新能力的提升越来越成为创新驱动青海发展的重要动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation driven development has become an important form of social and economic development intransition,and the independent innovation ability of increasingly significant role in driving regional economic development.This study constructed the related index system on the independent innovation ability and innovation-driven development.This study used the grey correlation analysis between the independent innovation ability and innovation-driven development’s progressive analysis and the comparative analysis of different development stage.The research results show thatthe independent innovation ability of Qinghai province in gradually improved,the effect of innovation-driven developmentis obvious.Promotion of the independent innovation ability becomes the important power of innovation development of Qinghai.更多还原
