Al-4.5Cu-1.5Mg-0.5Mn合金固溶时效工艺试验研究

【摘要】 对Al-4.5Cu-1.5Mg-0.5Mn合金铸锭进行均匀化退火、热轧、退火、冷轧,制备成2 mm厚的板材,研究不同的固溶和时效工艺对该合金板材组织和性能的影响。用电子万能试验机测试力学性能,金相显微镜分析显微组织,扫描电镜分析断口形貌,维氏硬度计测试硬度值并分析时效硬化现象。研究结果表明:固溶工艺为500℃1 h时,合金板材的固溶效果最好;人工时效最佳工艺为185℃2 h。

【Abstract】 2 mm thick Al-4. 5 Cu-1. 5 Mg-0. 5 Mn alloy sheet was prepared by homogenization annealing,hot rolling,annealing and cold rolling. The effects of different solution and aging processes on the microstructure and properties of the alloy sheet were studied. The mechanical properties were tested by electronic universal testing machine,the microstructure of the sheet was analyzed by metallographic microscope,the fracture morphology was analyzed by SEM,the hardness value was measured by Vickers hardness tester,and the aging hardening phenomenon was analyzed. The results show that the best solution effect is obtained at500 ℃ for 1 h and the best aging effect is obtained at 185 ℃ for 2 h.
