SiCp/2009颗粒增强铝基复合材料的固溶和时效工艺试验研究
Study on solution and aging process of particle reinforced SiCp/2009 aluminum matrix composite
【摘要】 对最新研发的SiCp体积分数为13%的SiCp/2009颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行不同工艺的固溶和时效处理,研究不同固溶和时效工艺对其组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:固溶温度越高,固溶效果越明显。固溶温度为530℃(保温90 min)时,复合材料的性能较佳。随时效温度的升高和时间的延长,复合材料的强度呈先升后降趋势。在时效时间较短时,伸长率较高,当屈服强度达到峰值后,伸长率仍处于较低水平。综合性能和组织分析结果,适宜的时效制度为175℃保温6 h~8 h。同时,对比相同固溶、时效处理的SiCp/2009颗粒增强铝基复合材料的纵横向性能,表明了该复合材料具有各向同性的特点。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the newly-developed rolled 13 vol.% SiCp/2009 particle-reinforced aluminum-based composite material was studied.The effects of different heat treatment systems on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 13 vol.% SiCp/2009 particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites were carried out.The results show that the higher the solution temperature is,the more obvious the solution effect is,and the better the performance is at 530 ℃( holding for 90 min).The strength is increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the temperature and time.When the aging time is short,the elongation is higher.When the yield strength reaches the peak value,the elongation is at a low level.Comprehensive performance and structure analysis indicates that the material performance is the best when the proper aging treatment is kept at 175 ℃ for 6 h-8 h.Meanwhile,the isotropic characteristics of SiCp/2009 particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are verified by comparing the transverse and longitudinal properties under the same heat treatment condition.
