Teach-back健康教育联合心理干预对肾结石患者焦虑情况及健康知识知晓率的影响
Influence of Teach-back health education combined with psychological intervention on anxiety and health knowledge awareness rate of renal calculus patients
【摘要】 目的观察Teach-back健康教育联合心理干预对肾结石患者焦虑情况及健康知识知晓率的影响。方法选择2016年12月至2018年6月本院收治的肾结石患者118例,随机分为对照组和研究组各59例。对照组患者给予常规护理模式,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上给予Teach-back健康教育联合心理干预。观察两组患者护理前后焦虑情况、健康知识知晓情况与生活质量,并调查护理满意度。结果两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)总分、躯体性焦虑分值及精神性焦虑分值比较,研究组评分结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组健康知识知晓评分、健康知识知晓率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分明显上升(P<0.05),且研究组SF-36各维度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Teach-back健康教育联合心理干预在缓解肾结石患者焦虑情况、提高患者健康知识知晓率、生活质量与护理满意度方面均可取得良好成效。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Teach-back health education combined with psychological intervention on anxiety and health knowledge awareness rate of renal calculus patients. Methods A total of 118 patients with renal calculus in our hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given Teach-back health education combined with psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The anxiety, the health knowledge awareness and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were observed, and nursing satisfaction was investigated. Results The total score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), physical anxiety score and mental anxiety score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The health knowledge awareness score and health knowledge awareness rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of health survey short form(SF-36) in the two groups were increased significantly(P<0.05), the scores of SF-36 in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Teach-back health education combined with psychological intervention can achieve better results in alleviating anxiety of patients with renal calculus, improving health knowledge awareness rate, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
