【摘要】 为了解新冠肺炎疫情期间中小企业主的决策行为类型及其心理差异,采用自编调查问卷对山东省某市310名中小企业主的决策行为、消极情绪、压力感、对企业的信心及对当地惠企政策的认知等方面进行调查。通过描述统计和等级方差分析发现:企业面临的首要困难是人工成本高,57.42%的中小企业主预计可抗压时间为1-3个月;77.10%的中小企业主存在担忧情绪;中小企业主的决策行为可分为消极应对组、有期待的积极应对组和积极应对组,且三组在担忧、压力感、对企业的信心以及当地惠企政策认知等方面存在显著差异。研究发现可为帮助中小企业渡过难关提供分类指导建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the types of decision-making behavior and psychological differences of SME owners during the outbreak of novel coronavirus epidemic, a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of 310 small and medium-sized enterprises in a city of Shandong province, including their decision-making behavior, negative emotion, sense of pressure, confidence in enterprises and the cognition of the local economic preferential policies. Through descriptive statistics and rank variance analysis, it is found that:the most difficult problem facing enterprises is high labor cost, 57.42% of small and medium-sized business owners think that one to three months is the limit that enterprises can adhere to; 77.10% of small and medium-sized business owners have concern mood; the decision-making behavior of small and medium-sized business owners can be divided into negative coping group, positive coping group with expectations and positive coping group, and the three groups have significant differences in panic, sense of pressure, confidence in the enterprise and the cognition of the local economic preferential policies. The findings can provide classified guidance and advice for supporting SME owners to go through the difficult time.更多还原
