改性热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的超临界发泡及其在鞋材上的应用
Supercritical Foaming of Modified TPU and Its Application in Shoe Material
【摘要】 分别采用POE(聚烯烃弹性体)、EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)、EMA(乙烯丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)和OBC Infuse(烯烃嵌段共聚物)4种材料对TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)进行共混改性,使用超临界发泡的方法制备了超轻且高弹的改性TPU发泡颗粒。预期发泡密度在0.15 g·cm-3左右,此时TPU/POE、TPU/EVA、TPU/EMA和TPU/OBC Infuse对应的最佳发泡温度分别为130、134、135和132℃。将改性TPU发泡颗粒蒸汽成型制成板材,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察板材的泡孔结构、尺寸和熔接面,并测试其力学性能。结果表明:相比纯TPU发泡材料,改性TPU柔软性更好,回弹性更高,其中,TPU/OBC Infuse改性板材弹性最好、压缩永久变形最小、熔接强度高。
【Abstract】 TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) were blended with POE(polyolefin elastomer), EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), EMA(ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer) and OBC Infuse(olefin block copolymer), respectively. The foamed particles of ultralight and high resilience modified TPU were made by Supercritical foamed method. The optimal foamed temperatures of TPU/POE, TPU/EVA, TPU/EMA and TPU/OBC Infuse respectively were 130,134,135 and 132 ℃ when the expected foamed density was around 0.15 g·cm-3. The modified TPU foamed particles were formed into sheet by steam molding. The structure, size and welding surface of the foam sheet were observed by SEM; and their mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that, the modified TPU had better softness and higher resilience compared to the pure TPU foamed materials, among which, the TPU/OBC Infuse modified sheet had the best resilience, minimum compression permanent deformation and high welding strength.
