汽车主动空气循环控制机构壳体优化设计

【摘要】 针对汽车主动空气循环控制机构壳体应力集中和共振问题,采用变密度法的拓扑优化技术对壳体进行结构优化设计。建立控制机构壳体有限元模型,根据应力分析结果,以减轻质量为约束条件对壳体进行拓扑优化分析,得到壳体应力集中和表面材料富余位置。优化壳体过渡曲面,去除壳体多余材料部分,构建加强筋,对优化后壳体进行模态分析。结果表明:壳体优化后应力和质量都得到有效降低,且避免了与外部激励发生共振。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of stress concentration and resonance on the shell of active air circulation control mechanism, the topological optimization technology of variable density method was used to optimize the structure of the shell.The finite element model of the control mechanism shell was established. According to the stress analysis results, the topological optimization analysis of the shell was carried out with the weight reduction as the constraint condition, and the stress concentration and surface material surplus position of the shell were obtained.The transition surface of the shell was optimized, the excess material of the shell was removed, the stiffener was constructed, and the modal analysis of the optimized shell was carried out.The results show that the stress and weight of the optimized shell are effectively reduced, and resonance with the external excitation is avoided.
