转速相关与车速相关的两类汽车振动分析应用

【摘要】 文章对引起汽车异常振动的原因进行了研究,将引起汽车振动的原因归为与转速或与车速相关两类,总结出汽车异常振动测试与分析流程。以某型汽车行驶时产生的异常振动问题为例开展道路试验,结合模态试验和车轮偏频试验,确定试验车辆的异常振动是由于车轮的转动频率与车轮总成偏频同频导致,同时车架进一步放大了振动。针对引起该车辆异常振动的原因提出改进意见,减弱了车辆的异常振动。

【Abstract】 The article studies the causes of abnormal vibration of automobiles, classifies the causes of automobile vibrations into two categories related to rotational speed or vehicle speed, and summarizes the process of automobile abnormal vibration testing and analysis. Carry out a road test with an example of abnormal vibration generated by a certain type of vehicle. Combining the modal test and the wheel frequency deviation test, it was determined that the abnormal vibration of the test vehicle was caused by the rotation frequency of the wheel and the frequency deviation of the wheel assembly, and the frame further amplified the vibration. Suggestions for improving the abnormal vibration of the vehicle were put forward, and the abnormal vibration of the vehicle was reduced.
