新媒体环境下政务信息交互行为影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of Government Information Interaction Behavior in the New Media Environment
【摘要】 [目的/意义]新媒体环境下,政务微信、政务微博成为政务信息服务的新模式,文章分析新媒体环境下政务信息交互行为的影响因素,为政务信息管理者提供理论参考。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论方法对10名受访者访谈资料进行分析和归纳,构建政务信息交互行为影响因素的理论模型。[结果/结论]提炼出影响政务信息交互行为的4个主范畴:用户特征、信息内容特征、平台与信息发布者。
【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]Government Wechat and government microblog become the new mode of government information service in the new media environment. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of government information interaction behavior in the new media environment, and provides theoretical reference for government information managers.[Method/process]Based on the grounded theory, the interview data of 10 interviewees were analyzed and summarized, and the theoretical model of influencing factors of government information interaction was constructed.[Result/conclusion]Four main categories are extracted: user characteristics, information content characteristics, platform and information publisher.
