【Abstract】 When detecting pesticide residues in high performance liquid chromatography,referring to national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards,many problems will be encountered,such as abnormal chromatographic peaks,difficult separation of components when the components are complex,etc. In order to solve this series of practical problems,we will use methanol and acetonitrile mixed volume ratio of 1: 1 as fixed values for various detection standards that use methanol and acetonitrile as mobile phases in disorder,so as to solve difficult and complicated problems encountered in high performance liquid chromatography,and can improve detection efficiency and save costs.更多还原
