甲醇乙腈复合流动相在农药残留领域研究进展

【摘要】 在高效液相色谱中检测农药残留时,参照国家标准、行业标准和企业标准试验会遇到许多问题,例如色谱峰异常、成分复杂时难分离各组分等等。为解决这一系列实际问题,我们将杂乱无章的以甲醇、乙腈作为流动相的各种检测标准都用甲醇和乙腈混合体积比为1:1固定值,以此解决高效液相色谱中遇到的疑难杂症,并且能提高检测效率和节约成本。

【Abstract】 When detecting pesticide residues in high performance liquid chromatography,referring to national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards,many problems will be encountered,such as abnormal chromatographic peaks,difficult separation of components when the components are complex,etc. In order to solve this series of practical problems,we will use methanol and acetonitrile mixed volume ratio of 1: 1 as fixed values for various detection standards that use methanol and acetonitrile as mobile phases in disorder,so as to solve difficult and complicated problems encountered in high performance liquid chromatography,and can improve detection efficiency and save costs.
