原料配比对α-SiO2基微孔陶瓷灌水器性能的影响
Effect of raw material ratio on performance of α-SiO2 microporous ceramic emitter
【摘要】 选取石英砂为骨架材料,碳粉为造孔剂,高岭土、钠长石为黏结剂制备α-Si O2-莫来石复相多孔陶瓷灌水器.研究了原料配比对多孔陶瓷灌水器性能的影响规律,得到了多孔陶瓷灌水器的最优配比.结果表明:石英砂质量分数过高易引起材料性能的下降.随着碳粉质量分数的增加,多孔陶瓷的孔隙率逐渐加大,密度逐渐降低.钠长石、高岭土质量分数的增大使得玻璃相的生成减少,晶相质量分数的上升,有利于改善强度.灌水器的流量随工作压力的增大而增大,其规律近似于线性.在同一工作压力下,随着造孔剂质量分数的增加,微孔陶瓷灌水器的流量也随之增加,这归因于微孔陶瓷孔隙的增加.多孔陶瓷灌水器渗透系数与孔隙率成幂函数关系.当原料中石英砂:碳粉:高岭土和钠长石质量比为60∶15∶25时,α-Si O2基多孔陶瓷灌水器兼备良好的材料性能和水力性能,可以满足田间使用要求.
【Abstract】 The quartz sand was selected as the skeleton material,the carbon powder was used as the pore-forming agent,kaolin and albite were used as binders to prepare α-SiO2 microporous ceramic emitter. The effect of raw material ratio on the performance of porous ceramic emitter was studied,and the optimal ratio of porous ceramic emitter was obtained. The results show that the excessive content of quartz sand is likely to cause a decrease in material properties. With the carbon content increasing,the porosity of the porous ceramic gradually increases. The increasing in the content of albite and kaolin reduces the formation of the glass phase and contributes to the improvement of strength. The flow rate of the emitter increases as the working pressure increases. At the same working pressure,as the pore-forming agent content increases,the flow rate of the porous ceramic emitter increases. The permeability coefficient of porous ceramic emitters is a function of power as a function of porosity. When the mass ratio of quartz sand: carbon powder: kaolin and albite is 60 ∶ 15 ∶ 25,the α-SiO2 porous ceramic emitter exhibits excellent material and hydraulic performance,which can meet the requirement of the field application.
