【摘要】 目的通过检测中重度寻常型银屑病患者外周血中hs-CRP浓度,探讨中重度寻常型银屑病患者外周血中hs-CRP与PASI评分的关系。方法检测60例中重度寻常型银屑病外周血中hs-CRP水平变化,与银屑病严重程度评分进行相关性分析,以20例健康者为正常对照。结果中重度寻常型银屑病组外周血hs-CRP和CRP浓度分别为(34.7±11.8)mg/L和(58.3±19.8)mg/L,均高于正常对照组(2.9±0.9)mg/L、(13.61±7.7)mg/L(P <0.01)。中重度银屑病患者外周血hs-CRP浓度与PASI评分呈正相关(r=0.962,P <0.05)。结论中重度寻常型银屑病外周血中hs-CRP水平与银屑病严重程度呈一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the level of hs-CRP in the peripheral blood from patients with moderate-severe psoriasis vulgaris in order to explore the relation between HS-CRP and PASI. Methods The levels of hs-CRP in the peripheral blood were detected in 60 moderate-severe psoriasis vulgaris patients and 20 healthy people as the control group,and the correlation analysis was carried out with psoriasis severity score. Results The level of hs-CRP and CRP in the patients were(36.2±11.8) mg/L and(45.3±19.8) mg/L, which were higher than those in the control group(2.9±0.9) mg/L and(13.61±7.7) mg/L, with significant differences(P<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between PASI and hs-CRP in the moderate-severe psoriasis vulgaris patients(r=0.962,P<0.05). Conclusion There were a significant association between hs-CRP and psoriasis severity in the peripheral blood from patients with moderate-severe psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
