可降解地膜推广应用的影响因子分析

【摘要】 新疆地膜使用量长期居全国第一,但可降解地膜推广有限,普通农田残膜污染问题已经开始威胁当地农业的可持续发展。为了明确当前影响可降解地膜推广应用的因素,从农户角度出发,在查阅文献的基础上,结合实地调研结果,对未使用可降解地膜的农户数据进行分析,选取7个变量作为农户使用可降解地膜的影响因子,运用主成分分析法对可降解地膜推广应用的主要影响因子进行实证分析。结果表明,除价格合适、可降解地膜产品成熟外,周围人采用、政府补贴、技术指导以及科技示范田对农户使用可降解地膜也具有积极的影响。基于此,为进一步推动新疆农田残膜污染治理工作,在加大可降解地膜研发力度、降低生产成本和销售价格的同时,政府应大力推广可降解地膜覆盖技术。

【Abstract】 The amount of plastic film used in Xinjiang has long ranked first in China, but the popularization of biodegradable plastic film is limited. The pollution of residual film in ordinary farmland has begun to threaten the sustainable development of local agriculture. In order to clarify the influence factors of the popularization and application of biodegradable plastic film at present, from the perspective of farmers, on the basis of literature review, combined with the results of field research, the data of farmers who did not use biodegradable plastic film were analyzed, and seven variables were selected as the influencing factors of farmers’ using biodegradable plastic film, and the Principal Component Analysis method was used to analyze the main influencing factors of the popularization and application of biodegradable plastic film. The results showed that in addition to the appropriate price and mature degradable film products, the adoption of people around,government subsidies, technical guidance and scientific and technological demonstration fields also had positive impact on farmers’ use of biodegradable plastic films. Based on this, in order to further promote the treatment of residual film pollution in Xinjiang’s farmland, the government should vigorously promote the technology of degradable film mulching while strengthening the research and development of degradable film, reducing production costs and selling prices.
