渔业健康养殖示范监管系统设计与研发

【摘要】 近年来,中国渔业快速发展,渔业健康养殖取得积极进展,但随着产业规模增大和养殖技术发展,保持行业良好可持续发展也面临着巨大挑战,当前渔业发展存在养殖示范县管理水平不高、数据信息采集困难、信息化水平较低等问题。针对当前渔业养殖信息服务平台中存在的突出问题,综合运用多种新兴技术和围绕渔业养殖信息的数据集成与共享等方面的研究取得了突破性成果。在上述研究工作的基础上,设计并搭建了一套支持渔情信息实时采集、集成、共享、推送的智能信息服务平台,并在多个渔场示范地取得了较好应用价值,有效地提高了渔场信息处理的效率。

【Abstract】 In recent years, China’s fishery industry has developed rapidly and healthy fishery aquaculture has made positive progress. However, with the increase of industrial scale and the development of aquaculture technology, maintaining good sustainable development of the industry is also facing great challenges. At present,there are some problems in fishery development in China, such as low level of management in demonstration counties, difficulty in data collection and low level of informatization. Aiming at the prominent problems existing in the current information service platform of fishery breeding, breakthrough achievements have been achieved in the comprehensive application of a variety of emerging technologies and data integration and sharing of fishery breeding information and so on. On the basis of the above research works, a set of intelligent information service platform supporting real-time collection, integration, sharing and pushing of fishery situation information has been designed and built, and has also obtained good application value in several fishery demonstration sites and effectively improved the efficiency of fishery information processing.
