【摘要】 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇+0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,利用外标法对有效成分定量分析,建立同时测定42%丙硫菌唑·咪鲜胺悬乳剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。结果表明,该方法简单、快速,且准确度高,重现性好,对2种有效成分的分离度佳,丙硫菌唑和咪鲜胺具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 7,标准偏差分别为0.051和0.076,变异系数分别为0.36%和0.25%,平均回收率分别为99.75%和99.58%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The HPLC method for simultaneous determination of prothioconazole and prochloraz 42% SE was established with Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈ column and Ultraviolet detector, using methanol-0.2% water-phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The method was simple, accurate, and was suitable for determination of prothioconazole and prochloraz with high resolution. The linear relationship was good and the correlation coefficient were 0.999 9 and 0.999 7, the standard deviation were 0.051 and 0.076, the coefficient of variation were 0.36% and 0.25%, the average recoveries were 99.75%and 99.58%.更多还原
