【Abstract】 Based on the data collection and statistics analysis of the register, scores, admission and exemption base(2011-2019) of Chinese double-certificate Professional Master of Education( "Education Master" in short), this article reveals that the enrollment of Professional Master of Education increases rapidly, develops in a well-balanced way, and improves in quality. Combined with the national policies and regulations regarding Education Master, it analyzes the deficiencies of its top-level design, and suggests that Education Master should include the domain of higher education so as to achieve the full coverage of Education Master in the traditional three-level education: nursary-primary-secondary, vocational education and higher education.更多还原
