【摘要】 通过对高被引科学家学术成长过程中知识创新和影响力扩散过程的描绘与揭示,探讨科学家学术成长与学科扩散的相互关系。文章选择农业与生命科学领域高被引科学家作为研究个案,基于学科扩散视角,量化分析2008—2018年间知识创新过程中学术论文的学科领域变化以及引用和施引学术论文学科领域的变化,深入探讨科学家学术成长与学科扩散的相互关系。量化数据显示,科学家学术成长来源于多样性的学科门类,学术成长过程中自身的学科领域和学术影响力均处于不断扩散的过程,学科扩散的程度体现出科学家研究成果的跨学科影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 By describing the process of knowledge innovation and academic influence diffusion in the a growth of highly cited scientists, this paper explored the relationship between the academic growth of scientists and the diffuse of discipline domain. Choosing tthe highly cited scientists in agriculture and life sciences as a case, this paper quantified for the changes of academic fields in the process of knowledge innovation, and the changes of academic fields in citing and cited papers between 2008 to 2018. The paper further explored the relationship between the academic growth of scientists and discipline diffusion. The results showed that scientists’ academic growth comes from discipline diversity. Diversity discipline ecosystem can provide a better external environment for the growth of scientists. And the level of discipline diffusion reflects the interdisciplinary influence of scientists’ research results.更多还原
