【Abstract】 Apricot has a long history in Xinjiang,but there is still problem of lagging post-production processing technology of apricot. A new post-production processing technology of apricot and its supporting equipment were put forward. By analysis of structure and working principle of matching equipment,performance parameters of equipment were also tested.
