【摘要】 目的探讨全子宫捆绑缝合术在前置胎盘孕妇剖宫产术中的临床应用价值。方法将56例实施剖宫产的前置胎盘孕妇根据数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组实施子宫下段剖宫产术联合经典B-Lynch缝合术;观察组实施子宫下段剖宫产术联合全子宫捆绑缝合术。对比2组临床疗效、术后并发症发生率、子宫复旧情况、月经恢复情况及性激素水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中失血量、术后2 h失血量、术后24 h失血量及产后出血率明显较低(P<0.05)。2组患者均未出现严重并发症,全子宫捆绑缝合术对患者术后性激素水平、月经情况均无不良影响。结论全子宫捆绑缝合术可以安全有效地减少前置胎盘孕妇剖宫产术后产后出血的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the application value of complete uterus bundle suture in cesarean section of pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods Fifty-six pregnant women with placenta previa who received cesarean section were randomLy divided into the control group(n=28)and the observation group(n=28).The patients in the control group were given lower uterine caesarean section combined with classic B-Lynch suture.The patients in the observation group were given lower uterine caesarean section combined with complete uterus bundle suture.The clinical efficacy were compared between the control and the observation group.The perioperative related indicators of patients in two groups were recorded.The postoperative complications,postoperative hormone levels,and menstrual recovery were compared in two groups.Results There were no serious complications in both groups.The two surgical methods had no significant effect on the level of sex hormones and menstruation after surgery.However,the total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group.The intraoperative blood loss,blood loss within 2 hours after operation,and blood loss within 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the postpartum hemorrhage rate and hysterectomy rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The complete uterus bundle suture has better clinical effect on cesarean section of pregnant women with placenta previa,it can stop bleeding rapidly,retain the uterus to the maximum extent,and has no significant side effect on ovarian function and menstrual recovery and more safe to the patients.更多还原
