【摘要】 目的探讨赛洛多辛胶囊与盐酸达泊西汀片单一用药及联合用药治疗原发性早泄的有效性和安全性差异。方法以2018年9月-2019年12月我院泌尿外科门诊150例原发性早泄患者为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组各50例。I组患者使用赛洛多辛胶囊,II组患者使用盐酸达泊西汀片,III组患者联合使用赛洛多辛胶囊及盐酸达泊西汀片治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗后的第6周、第12周比较各组患者阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)和早泄量表(PEP)中各项指标的变化。结果经过6周和12周的治疗后,三组患者的IELT较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.05);同时,三组患者之间的IELT比较也具显著性差异(P<0.05)。I组患者治疗12周后早泄量表中的各指标值均比治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),而II组和III组患者治疗6周后上述指标即出现显著性提高(P<0.05),12周后指标提高则进一步明显(P<0.05),其中以III组的评分提高变化最为显著。另外,各组患者药物不良反应的发生为:I组3例(6.0%),II组2例(4.0%),III组3例(6.0%)。结论赛洛多辛胶囊联合盐酸达泊西汀片治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效及安全性良好,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of silodosin capsules combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride and either of them used alone in the treatment of premature ejaculation(PPE). Methods 150 patients with primary PPE in our Hospital between September 2018 and December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,each group of 50 patients.Patients in group Iwere given silodosin capsule. Patients in group II received dapoxetine hydrochloride. Patients in group III received oral silodosin capsule and dapoxetine hydrochloride at the same dose as those in group I and group II.Before treatment, 6 and 12 weeks after treatment, intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT), premature ejaculation profile(PEP) and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 and 12 weeks of medication, the mean IELT was dramatically prolonged in all the three groups as compared with the baseline(P<0.05), with statistically significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The PEP measures were remarkably improved in group I at 12 weeks(P<0.05), and both in II and III at 6 and 12 weeks(P<0.05),most significantly at 12 weeks in group III(P <0.05),all markedly improved as compared with groups I and II(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were observed in3 cases(6.0%)in group I, 2 eases(4.0%)in group II, and3 cases(6.0%)in group III.None of the patients in the 3 groups had any adverse drug reactions,which led to the termination of the drug use. Conclusion Combined medication of Silodosin capsules and dapoxetine hydrochloride, with its advantages of effectiveness and safety, deserves to be recommended for the treatment of primary PPE.更多还原
