【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术(TUCBDP)治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月-2019年11月期间于我院接受经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术(TUCBDP)的患者34例(TUCBDP组)、接受经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(TUPKP)的患者37例(TUPKP组),对其临床资料进行分析比较。结果两组患者年龄、病程、术前IPSS评分、术前QOL评分、前列腺体积、术后三月PISS评分、术后三月QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与TUPKP组相比,TUCBDP组手术时间、术中出血、术前术后血红蛋白差异、术后导尿管留置时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院天数、术后并发症明显减少,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术(TUCBDP)相对于经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(TUPKP)而言是治疗BPH的一种安全、有效、可选择的微创手术方式,其创伤小、术中出血量少、手术和术后住院时间短、恢复快及术后并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comparatively analyze the safety and clinical effect between the transurethral columnar balloon dilatation of prostate(TUCBDP) and the transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods From August 2016 to November 2019, BPH patients who underwent TUCBDP and TUPKP were enrolled in the study and divided into TUCBDP group(34 cases) and TUPKP group(37 cases). Their clinical data including age, course of disease, preoperative IPSS, preoperative QOL, the volume of prostate,operation time, hemoglobin reduction, catheter retention time, bladder irrigation time, hospital stay time, postoperative PISS,postoperative QOL were comparatively analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in age, course of disease,preoperative IPSS, QOL preoperative hemoglobin and the volume of prostate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operative time, hemoglobin reduction, catheter retention time, bladder irrigation time and hospital stay time in TUCBDP group was significantly shorter than those in TUPKP group(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in postoperative PISS, QOL between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Transurethral columnar balloon is a safe and effective mini-invasive therapy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.更多还原
