【Abstract】 Balloon angioplasty and stenting are the main endovascular treatment modalities. However,the rate of restenosis is high due to neo-intimal hyperplasia. The application of the drug-eluting balloon( DEB) in coronary arteries has achieved good outcomes. Because of the same pathological feature of atherosclerosis and restenosis mechanism,DEB may be equally effective for cerebral artery diseases.This review summarizes the basic knowledge of DEB and its application in coronary and cerebral artery diseases,aiming to improve the understanding of DEB.更多还原
