基于SolidWorks的激光打标机支架模态分析

【摘要】 自动化机械设备在其运行过程中由于自身固有频率和工作频率相接近而发生共振现象,有必要对设备中的关键零部件进行模态分析,优化改进部件中零件的布局或结构尺寸,由此避免共振现象的产生。针对全自动激光打标机中的固定支架部件,以其自由状态下的模态分析结果为对照,进行约束状态下的模态分析,发现固定支架可能发生共振的频率,以及可能发生的变形状态,通过改进固定支架中关键零件的结构布局及连接方式,避免振动现象的产生,以此提升设备结构的稳定性、可靠性和综合性能。

【Abstract】 The resonance occurs were happened when the natural frequency was close to the working frequency in the process of operation of automatic mechanical equipment. In order to avoid the resonance, it was necessary to carry out the modal analysis on key parts of the equipment, optimize and improve the layout or structural dimension of parts in the assembly. The modal analysis in the constrained state was carried out based on the results of modal analysis in the free state of the fixed bracket in the full-automatic laser marking machine. And it found that the frequency of resonance and the possible deformation state of the fixed bracket may occur. In order to improve the stability, reliability and comprehensive performance of the equipment structure, the structural layout and connection mode of the key parts in the fixed support were improved to avoid the occurrence of vibration.
