柴油机颗粒物称重箱的保温性能研究
Research on the Heat Preservation of the Diesel Particulate Weighing Chamber
【摘要】 为明确柴油机颗粒物称重箱的保温性能,本文通过数值模拟研究了在极限室温条件下环境箱内的温度分布和壁面散热量,并以正面双层玻璃为分析对象,以降低散热量为优化目标,确定了玻璃层与空气层的最佳厚度比例,为颗粒物称重箱的保温性能优化提供建议。
【Abstract】 The paper investigated the temperature distribution and wall heat flux of environmental chamber under the condition of limited room temperature with the method of numerical simulation in order to understand the insulating properties of particulate weighing chamber.And for the aim of decreasing the heat flux of front double-glazing,the optimum thickness percentage of glass and air was determined.It provided some suggestions for the optimization of weighing chamber.
