基于故障网络的船舶主机风险关联规律阐述

【摘要】 针对船舶柴油机系统层次多、风险因素间关系错综复杂、难以识别风险特征的问题,提出基于故障网络的风险识别方法。首先,阐述了如何在现有故障信息的基础上,辨识风险因素并建立单片段的故障演变规律模型;其次,利用系统风险因素的失效相关性将故障演变片段集成为系统的故障网络模型;最后以船舶主机系统为对象进行故障网络的构建和分析。结果表明:故障网络不仅能够清晰地表达基于因果关系的故障事件的演变过程,还能对故障因素间相互作用产生的关联规律加以阐述。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the system of marine diesel engine is multi-layered,the relationship between risk factors is complex and it is difficult to identify the risk characteristics,a risk identification method based on fault network is proposed.Firstly,how to identify risk factors and establish a single segment fault evolution rule model based on the existing fault information is described.Then the fault evolution fragment is integrated into the fault network model of the system by using the failure correlation of system risk factors.Finally,the fault network is constructed and analyzed with the ship main engine system as the object.The results show that the fault network can not only clearly express the evolution process of the fault events based on the causal relationship,but also explain the correlation rules between the fault factors due to the interaction,which is very suitable for the security analysis of complex systems.
