【摘要】 目的:新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎疫情在全国以及海外地区迅速蔓延,在极短的时间内造成超过100万人感染,其中不乏合并妊娠患者。探讨隔离治疗这类患者时,如何兼顾内科病情及产科病情、进行多学科协作。方法:结合我院一体化母婴隔离病区的硬件及软件配置情况,详细分析管理确诊或疑似新型冠状病毒感染的围分娩期孕产妇的细节及注意事项。结果:将孕产妇隔离病房、新生儿隔离室、隔离手术室一体化的母婴隔离病区设计,可以避免患者反复转运,有效降低传染性疾病医院内传播。结论:一体化母婴隔离病区有利于新型冠状病毒感染孕产妇的多学科管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The outbreak of pneumonia caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19) has spread rapidly throughout the whole country and some overseas regions in a very short time,causing infections in more than 1 million peoples.To explore how to take into account the condition of internal medicine and obstetrics and carry out multidisciplinary cooperation in isolation treatment of such patients.Methods:The details and precautions of pregnant women who were diagnosed or suspected of COVID-19 infection were analyzed in detail based on the hardware and software configuration of isolation ward in our hospital.Results:The integrated isolation ward with multiple functions of maternal isolation ward,labor room,cesarean section operating room and neonatal isolation ward could avoid the patient transfer and effectively reduce nosocomial infection.Conclusion:Integrated isolation ward play important role in multidisciplinary management of pregnant women with COVID-19 infection.更多还原
