【摘要】 乡村振兴是党对改革开放以来的农村政策的与时俱进和战略提升,是一个复杂的系统工程,需要全面发力和综合治理。在此背景下,农民群众话语表达可以为农村社会的发展与治理提供一个新的视角。官方话语理解能力薄弱、话语表达积极性不强、话语表达背后的逻辑冲突、话语表达方式失范等是农民群众话语表达困境的表征。造成这些困境产生的原因是多方面的,解决的路径也应该是多元化的。可以借助于提升农民文化教育程度、培育农民政治民主素养、厘清政策制度法律法规、扩展农民话语表达空间等方式,来积极破解农民群众话语表达困境,不断推进农村社会发展与治理的现代化,助力乡村战略顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural revitalization is the party’s policy of rural reform and opening up to keep pace with the times and strategic upgrading,is a complex system engineering,which needs comprehensive efforts and comprehensive management.In this context,the expression of peasants’ discourse expression can provide a new perspective for the development and governance of rural society.The weak understanding ability of official discourse,the lack of enthusiasm of discourse expression,the logic conflict behind discourse expression,and the misalignment of discourse expression methods are the manifestations of the plight of the peasants’ discourse expression.The reasons for these difficulties are many,and the solution should be diversified.We can actively solve the dilemma of farmers’ discourse expression by improving their cultural and educational level,fostering their political and Democratic literacy,clarifying policies,laws and regulations,and expanding the space for farmers’ discourse expression,and constantly advancing the modernization of rural social development and governance.We will facilitate the smooth implementation of the rural strategy.更多还原
