香委陵菜的叶绿体全基因组
The Complete Chloroplast Genome of Potentilla suavis(Rosaceae:Potentilleae)
【摘要】 报道香委陵菜(Potentilla suavis)的叶绿体全基因组。香委陵菜的叶绿体基因组为环状分子,全长155 044 bp。基因组呈现典型的四分体结构:包括一个大单拷贝区(large single copy,LSC)、一个小单拷贝区(small single copy,SSC)和1对被大小单拷贝区隔开的反向重复区(inverted repeats,IRa和IRb),长度分别为84 334 bp、18 452 bp和26 129 bp。香委陵菜叶绿体基因组共有129个基因,包括84个蛋白质编码基因,37个转运RNA(tRNA)基因和8个核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因,其中17个基因含有2个拷贝。系统发育分析表明,在当前类群取样下香委陵菜与紫花委陵菜(Potentilla purpurea)为姐妹群。
【Abstract】 The complete chloroplast genome of Potentilla suavis is reported and characterized in this study.The chloroplast genome of P.suavis was a circular form with a size of 155 044 bp in length.The genome presented a typical quadripartite structure composed of a pair of inverted repeats(IRa and IRb) of 26 129 bp separated by a large single copy(LSC) region of 84 334 bp and a small single copy(SSC) region of 18 452 bp.The genome contained a set of 129 genes,including 84 protein-coding genes,37 tRNA genes,and eight rRNA genes,in which 17 were duplicated.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that P.suavis was sister to P.purpurea in current sampling.
