浒苔分离产物体外抗菌及其抗氧化活性研究
Antibacterial and Antioxidation Activities of the Separation Fractions from Enteromorpha
【摘要】 对浒苔石油醚相提取物进行柱层析分离的基础上,对分离组分进行抗菌活性和抗氧化活性研究.结果表明,浒苔柱分离组分对所选取4种受试菌(枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌)均具较强的抑菌能力.对4种菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行研究发现,柱分离组分Fr3对八叠球菌和大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果,MIC值分别达到4.2 mg?mL-1和8.0 mg?mL-1;柱分离组分Fr8,Fr14对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值分别可达到5.0 mg?mL-1和8.8 mg?mL-1.分离组分体外抗氧化活性表明,分离组分具有较好的抗氧化性能,其中,分离组分Fr15对DPPH自由基(DPPH·)的IC50达到0.463 2 mg?mL-1.
【Abstract】 The petroleum ether phase extract of Enteromorpha was separated by column chromatography and the antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of the separation fractions were determined. The fractions showed antibacterial activities to four testing bacteria(Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Sarcina). The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)showed that the column separation fraction Fr3 had good inhibitory effect on Sarcina and Escherichia coli and the MIC reached 4.2 mg?mL-1 and 8.0 mg?mL-1. The MIC values of the column fractions Fr8,Fr14 against Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus were 5.0 mg?mL-1 and 8.8 mg?mL-1.The antioxidant activity of the separation fractions in vitro indicated that the separation fractions had good antioxidant activity,where the IC50 of the DPPH free radicals(DPPH·)scavenging activity of separation fractions Fr15 reached 0.463 2 mg?mL-1.
