抛物受限势对非对称半指数量子阱中极化子基态结合能的影响

The Influence of Parabolic Confinement Potential on Ground State Binding Energy of Polaron in Asymmetrical Semi-exponential Quantum Well

【摘要】 根据线性组合算符和两次幺正变换方法研究了非对称抛物受限势对非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子的基态结合能性质的影响.导出了GaAs非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子的基态结合能随x和y方向的非对称抛物受限势的的受限强度ωx和ωy和非对称半指数受限势的两个正参数U0和σ的依赖关系.研究结果表明非对称半指数量子阱的极化子的基态结合能是非对称抛物受限势的的受限强度ωx和ωy和非对称半指数受限势的正参数U0的增函数,而它是另一个正参数σ的减函数.

【Abstract】 Based on the linear combination operator and two unitary transformations the effect of the asymmetric parabolic constrained potential on the ground state binding energy properties of the weak-coupling polaron in a GaAs asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well was investigated. The relation of the ground state binding energy of the weak-coupling polaron in a GaAs asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well varying with the confinement strengths of the asymmetrical parabolic potential ωxand ωyof the x-and y-directions and the both positive parameters U0 and σ of asymmetric semi-exponential constrained potential was derived. The results indicate that it is an increasing function of the constrained strength ωxand ωyof the asymmetric parabolic constrained potential and the positive parameters U0 of the asymmetric semi-exponential constrained potential and that it is another decreasing function of the positive parameter σ.
