乌拉特后旗荒漠草原典型植物群落与土壤养分特征

【摘要】 以乌拉特后旗荒漠草原为研究区域,采用野外调查和室内分析的方法,研究植物种类组成与土壤养分特征、植物多样性指数与土壤养分的相关关系,为乌拉特后旗荒漠草原区生态系统恢复重建提供依据。结果表明:研究区共有104种植物,隶属23科67属,其中禾本科、菊科、藜科和豆科在研究区占重要地位。土壤养分全氮、全磷、有机质的质量分数分别为0.02~0.21 g·kg-1、0.11~0.34 g·kg-1、1.61~7.50 g·kg-1,土壤平均pH值为8.51。Margalef丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数均与全磷呈显著正相关,其他植物多样性指数与土壤养分的关系均未达到显著水平。乌拉特后旗荒漠草原植物种类少,禾本科、菊科植物优势明显,全氮、有机质和pH值对植物多样性指数的影响不大。

【Abstract】 Taking the desert steppe of Urad Rear Banner as the study area, the correlation between plant species composition and soil nutrient characteristics, plant diversity index and soil nutrient have been studied by means of field investigation and indoor analysis in order to provide basis for the restoration and reconstruction of the ecosystem in desert steppe of Urad Rear Banner. The results show that there are 104 species of plants in the study area, belonging to 23 families and 67 genera, among which, Gramineae, Compositae, Chenopodiaceae and Leguminosae play an important role. The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter are 0.02-0.21 g·kg-1, 0.11-0.34 g·kg-1, 1.61-7.50 g·kg-1, respectively. The average pH value of soil is 8.51, which is alkaline soil. Among the four plant diversity indexes in the study area, Margalef richness index and Simpson diversity index are significantly negatively correlated with total phosphorus, while other plant diversity indexes are not significantly correlated with soil nutrients. The results show that there are few plant species in Urad Rear Banner, with Gramineae and Compositae plants are dominant, soil nutrient condition is poor, total nitrogen, organic matter and pH value have little effect on plant diversity index.
