【Abstract】 The "1+4" institutional system of eco-environmental damage compensation in Zhejiang Province is formed by the reform scheme and supporting documents of eco-environmental damage compensation system in Zhejiang Province. This paper interprets the institutional system, summarizes the practical experience of various cities during the trial period, and discusses the problems existing in the trial process,so as to provide reference for further improving the ecological environment damage compensation system in our province.更多还原
