影响北美蓝云杉扦插育苗因素研究

【摘要】 以北美蓝云杉当年生木质化枝条为材料,采用激素种类、浓度及浸泡时间3因素析因设计,研究各因素及其交互作用对北美蓝云杉扦插育苗的影响,并运用隶属函数法对各处理组合的育苗效果进行综合评价。结果表明:3个主因素中,激素种类、激素浓度对育苗效果影响最大,两者对绝大部分育苗指标的影响达到及显著水平;浸泡时间影响相对较小,但对生根率及根系生长指标有显著影响。两因素交互效应中,激素种类×激素浓度,激素种类×浸泡时间互作显著影响插穗生根率,而激素浓度×浸泡时间的互作效应较小;三因素交互效应对扦插育苗的互作效应不显著。隶属函数综合评价表明:100 mg·L-1的IBA与浸泡0.5 h的组合隶属值最大,该处理在所有组合中生根率(80%),分根数与根长在所有组合中最高,为北美蓝云杉扦插育苗效果最佳组合。

【Abstract】 With The raw lignification branches of Picea pungens for material,with the use of hormone kinds,concentration and immersion time three factors factorial to design,we have researched the factors and their interactions on the influence of the Picea pungens cutting seedlings,Using the method of subordinate function of each processing combination effect for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that:Three main factors,types of hormone,hormone concentration effect the seedling more than the other,both of which have been very great influences on the targets of the vast majority of seedling.Soak time effect is relatively small,but the rooting rate and root growth indicators have a significant impact.Interaction effect of two factors,hormone kind multiplied by the concentration of hormone,hormone kind multiplied by the immersion time interaction significantly influence the cuttings rooting rate.Three factors interaction effect to cutting seedlings interaction effect is not significant.Comprehensive evaluation of membership function shows that 100 mg·L~1 IBA and the combination of soaking 0.5 h membership value is the maximum.The processing of all the combinations rooting rate(80%),root number and root length in all combinations is the highest,For the best effect of cutting seedlings of Picea pungens.
