【摘要】 针对高等学校培养人才的应用实践能力低,以及与社会、企业需求脱节等现象,以实现提高机械类专业应用创新型人才培养能力与质量为目的。采用政府主导,构建以企业、高等学校为主体的校企联盟的方法。联盟企业深度参与机械类专业人才培养的全过程。注重思想政治教育,开展机械类专业核心课程的改革与实践,引进联盟企业的技术问题和工程实例、科学技术研究项目作为课程的案例和综合训练项目。坚持以问题为导向,建立以提高学生的创新应用实践能力为核心,"四进四升"全程式模块化人才培养新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems such as the low practical ability of talents cultivated in universities, and the disconnection between the educated talents and the needs of society and enterprises, in order to improve the ability and quality of applicative and innovative training for talents in mechanical correlative majors, a government-led school-enterprise alliance has established, which takes enterprises and colleges as the main body. Enterprises of the alliance participate in the whole process of mechanical talents’ cultivation. Attention has been paid to the ideological and political education,reforms and practices of the core courses of the mechanical correlative majors have been carried out, and technical problems and engineering examples of the allied enterprises, scientific and technological research projects have been introduced in as the cases of the courses and comprehensive training projects. A new "four in and four up" talent cultivation model with full program modularization has been constructed, in which problem-oriented principles are insisted on and the improvement of students’ innovation and application ability is considered as the core.更多还原
