临床医学专业《医学科研方法学》混合式教学改革效果评价

【摘要】 目的:对临床医学专业《医学科研方法学》课程混合式教学改革效果进行评价。方法:选择医学院临床医学2015级-2016级学生为研究对象,2016级学生实施线上结合线下的混合式教学改革,2015级学生采用传统课堂讲授模式教学。使用成绩分析法、问卷调查法对比混合式教改施行前后教学效果。结果:教改后学生实习成绩、期末考试成绩、总评成绩均优于教改前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),教学效果调查问卷结果显示,教改后学生学习情况指标自主学习、学习兴趣和团队协作平均分均高于教改前(P<0.05);课堂教学效果指标中课前预习率、课堂活跃率、知识面拓宽度、重点内容掌握度均高于教改前(P<0.001)。结论:通过实施《医学科研方法学》混合式教学改革,相较于传统教学模式提高了临床医学本科《医学科研方法学》教学效果。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of the mixed teaching reform of medical Scientific Research Methodology in clinical medicine specialty.Methods:2015-2016 students of clinical medicine in medical college were selected as the research objects.2016 students implemented the blended teaching reform of online and offline teaching,and 2015 students adopted the traditional classroom teaching mode.The result analysis method and questionnaire survey method were used to compare the teaching effect before and after the implementation of mixed teaching reform. Results:After the reform,students’ internship scores, final examination scores and overall evaluation scores were all better than those before the reform, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching effect questionnaire results showed that the students’ average scores of independent learning, learning interest and teamwork after the reform were all higher than those before the reform(P<0.05).The pre-class preview rate,classroom activity rate,knowledge broadening degree and key content mastery rate of the classroom teaching effect indexes were all higher than those before the reform(P<0.001). Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the teaching effect of medical scientific research Methodology for clinical medical undergraduates is improved by implementing the mixed teaching reform of medical scientific Research Methodology.
