窖泥中高产淀粉酶细菌的分离和鉴定

【摘要】 为了解窖泥中产淀粉酶细菌生长情况,实验以优质老窖泥为研究对象,从窖泥中筛选出21株细菌产淀粉酶。其中7株细菌具有高产淀粉酶的性质且菌株SH-BM-43的HC值达到4.38,通过菌株革兰氏染色、生理生化实验和分子生物学鉴定结果初步确定该7株菌属于芽孢杆菌属和类香味菌属,该7株菌依次为Bacillus subtilis(枯草芽孢杆菌)、Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(解淀粉芽孢杆菌)、Bacillus velezensis(贝莱斯芽孢杆菌)、Myroides odoratimimus(拟香味类香味菌)、Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(解淀粉芽孢杆菌)、Bacillus subtilis(枯草芽孢杆菌)、Bacillus niabensis(农研所芽孢杆菌)。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the growth of amylase producing bacteria in pit mud, 21 strains of bacteria producing amylase were selected from the pit mud.Among them, 7 strains had high amylase activity and the HC value of SH-BM-43 was 4.38. According to the results of Gram staining, physiological and biochemical experiments and molecular biological identification, the 7 strains were preliminarily identified as Bacillus and flavor like bacteria. The 7 strains were as follows :Bacillus subtilis、Bacillus amyloliquefaciens、Bacillus velezensis、Myroides odoratimimus、Bacillus amyloliquefaciens、Bacillus subtilis、Bacillus niabensis.
