中药炭药研究进展与研究策略思考

【摘要】 中药炭药广泛用于各种出血性疾病,是中医临床极具特色的一类传统药物,其制备方法以炒炭居多,历年中药炮制学科立项的国家自然基金项目中,有关炭药研究的占比为8.2%。近年来,炭药的研究有了较大进展,但在工艺设备、质量评价和炮制机制研究方面也存在较多问题。该文就中药炭药的研究现状进行综述,并从搭建多学科协同的中药炭药研究平台,深入探讨炭药止血机制;引入新技术提升炭药工艺/设备研究的数字化、智能化;就开展炭药饮片特征性质量标准研究,解决常用炭药饮片专属性质量识别关键技术等方面的研究方法和策略进行展望,以期阐明炭药止血的共性炮制机理,推动炮制学科的发展。

【Abstract】 Carbonized traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a kind of distinctive traditional medicine, which has been widely used to cure various bleeding syndromes in clinic. Stir-frying processing is the most commonly used pharmaceutical technology to obtain carbonized TCM. 8.2% of processing related projects approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China were focusing on carbonized processing in the past twenty years. Although researches on carbonized TCM have achieved fantastic results, there are still many problems in the researches of processing technology and equipment, quality evaluation and processing mechanism. This article reviewed the current status of carbonized TCM researches and provided some feasible strategies. To deeply discuss the hemostatic mechanism of carbonized TCM, it’s necessary to build a research platform integrating the advantages of multiple disciplines. Meanwhile, emerging technologies should be introduced in processing and equipment optimization researches to realize digital and intelligent production. Besides, researches on the characteristic quality standards and the key technologies for identifying the specific quality of commonly used carbonized TCM are also an important node. It’s hoped that this review could promote the researches on common processing mechanism of carbonized TCM and boost the development of processing discipline.
