【摘要】 迅速蔓延中国并扩散至全球的新型冠状病毒肺炎,已证明具有明显的人传染人特点,严重危害人类健康。新型冠状病毒传播性极强,由于人体内没有针对新型冠状病毒的特异性抗体,该病毒对人类健康和世界公共卫生安全已构成重大威胁。目前还没有疫苗和抗病毒特效药物用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治,因此,基于抗体的检测和临床治疗措施就显得尤为重要。文章从新型冠状病毒肺炎的抗体检测诊断、中和抗体及亚单位疫苗研发等方面进行综述评价,旨在聚焦新型冠状病毒肺炎的抗体应对策略,为新型冠状病毒肺炎的疫情防控提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The novel coronavirus pneumonia,which spread rapidly across China and other countries,has been proved the obviou sinfectivity and harm to human health. Since there is no specific antibody against the novel coronavirus in the body,it is highly spread after human infection,which threat to human health and public health security in the world. At present,there is no available vaccine and specific antiviral drugs for the novel coronavirus pneumonitis,so the antibody development mediated prevention and clinical treatment is particularly important. This review evaluates the research on antibody detection,neutralization antibody and subunit vaccine to the novel coronavirus pneumonia,which aimed to focus on the antibody strategies against the novel coronavirus,providing new ideas for the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.更多还原
