偏心内嵌式扎穴播种器排种机理分析与试验

【摘要】 为进一步提高机械式排种器的精度与效率,改善传统大阻力、高能耗的播种方式,设计了一种偏心内嵌式精量扎穴播种器,并对其工作原理进行阐述。以核心部件排种机构为研究载体,对渐变式型孔进行了改进设计,并建立充了种过程动力学模型,分析了充种与清种过程中籽粒运动特性。采用多因素二次通用旋转组合试验,研究了工作转速和毛刷伸长量对重播率与漏播率的影响,运用Design-Expert 10.0.3软件对试验数据进行优化分析,得到其最佳工作条件。在此基础上进行台架验证试验,结果表明:在工作转速为61r/min、毛刷伸长量为5mm时,重播率为7.5%,漏播率为10.8%,误差在可接受范围内,满足精密播种要求。

【Abstract】 in order to further enhance the accuracy and efficiency of mechanical seed metering device, and improve the seeding mode of the traditional high resistance and high energy consumption, design a kind of off-centre embedded prickly precise seeding device, and elaborate the working principle. Depand on the core component of metering mechanism as the research carrier, improved design the gradual hole,andestablish the dynamic model of filling process, analysis the mainiy influencing factors for the seeding performance of the filling and cleaning process. To take the multifactor secondary rotation experiment measure, research the effect of replay rate and leakage sowing rate under working speed and the elongation of the brush;Applying the Design-Expert 10.0.3 software, Optimization analysis the experimental data and obtain the optimum working condition.On the basis of the above, bench test is used to verify the test.The result shows: when the working speed is 61 r/min and the elongation of the brush is 5 mm, the replay rate is 7.5%, the leakage sowing rate was 10.8% and the error is in the acceptable range, which meets the requirements of precision seeding.
