正反转倒U型甩刀香蕉茎秆粉碎还田机的设计与试验
Design and Experiment on Banana Stalks Disintegrator with Positive and Negative U-shaped Flail Knife
【摘要】 针对香蕉秸秆含有又长又韧的纤维,在粉碎还田作业中缠绕机具,造成作业功耗大、效率低、机具易损坏的问题,研制了一种正反转倒U型甩刀香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机,描述了整机技术方案,确定了主要工作部件的结构与参数。该机从解决蕉茎长度入手,采用刀辊正转作业1次,将蕉茎打烂、切短,再反转作业1次的工艺流程作业。试验结果表明:该机配套拖拉机动力58.8~66.15kW,工作幅宽1.08m,纯工作小时生产率0.17hm~2/h,单位面积耗油量56.8 kg/hm~2,香蕉秸秆粉碎率93.1%,作业后土地可立即翻耕播种;与现有同类机型相比,其纯工作小时生产率提高70%,单位面积耗油量降低29%。该研究可为香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 In view of the banana stalks are long, tough fiber, caused great power consumption in disintegrator operation, fiber wrapping machine, low efficiency, machine is easy to damage, this paper developed one kind of positive & negative inverted u-shaped flail knife banana disintegrator. This paper describes the whole technical scheme, the machine structure and main working parts parameters.This machine starts from solving the length of the banana stem, using the knife roller to positive run 1 time, breaks the banana stem, cuts short, then negative run 1 time operation.The results show that the tractor was equipped with a power of 58.8-66.15 kW, 1.08 m working width, the pure working hour productivity is 0.17 hm~2/h, fuel consumption is 56.8 kg/hm~2, and banana straw crushing rate is 93.1%.This study can provide a reference for design of the banana straw Disintegrator, which has significance meaning for the promotion banana industry in China.
