基于ANSYS的马铃薯制种装置的有限元仿真设计

【摘要】 针对国内市场上马铃薯制种工作仍然采用手工切种,不仅速度较慢,工人易疲劳,而且切种质量不高这一现象,设计了一款机械装置,代替手工马铃薯制种。根据马铃薯的种植情况,利用UG建立装置物理静态模型。为获得装置在力学方面的可行性,将其导入ANSYS中,对整体构件和关键构件进行有限元的应力和应变分析。根据所得结果优化理论模型,使得模型符合马铃薯切种的实际要求。在此基础上,研制实物样机1台,并进行对比实验,结果表明:装置性能远优于人工制种,填补了市场空白,具有巨大的市场效益。

【Abstract】 In view of the domestic market, the potato seed production work still USES the manual cutting, not only the speed is slow, the worker is easy to fatigue, and the cutting quality is not high this phenomenon, specially designed a mechanical device, instead of manual potato seed production. According to the planting situation of potatoes, the device USES UG to establish a physical static model. In order to obtain the mechanical feasibility of the device, it is imported into ANSYS to analyze the stress and strain of the whole component and key components in the finite element method. According to the results, the theoretical model was optimized to meet the practical requirements of potato seed cutting. On this basis, a physical prototype is developed and compared with manual seed cutting in various aspects. It is concluded that the device is far better than manual seed making and fills the gap in the market, with huge market benefits.
