拖拉机分流气体对冲排气消声器声振耦合特性分析

【摘要】 在初步掌握振动基本理论和数值分析方法的基础上,利用模态叠加法对分流气体对冲排气消声器结构有限元模型、声腔有限元模型和结构声腔耦合模型进行了结构模态及声振耦合特性研究,获得了该消声器的结构模态和声振耦合特性。研究结果表明:CG25型单缸柴油机的激励频率与该排气消声器的固有频率接近而引发共振,通过改进消声器结构的壁厚来改变其结构模态频率,避开了发动机的激励频率,从而减少振动、降低壳体辐射噪声。

【Abstract】 Based on the basic theory of vibration and numerical analysis method, the modal superposition method was used to study the finite element model, the acoustic cavity finite element model and the structural acoustic cavity coupling model for the Split-stream-rushing exhaust muffler. The structural mode and the acoustic-vibration coupling characteristics of the muffler were obtained. The results show that the excitation frequency of CG25 single-cylinder diesel engine was close to the natural frequency of the exhaust muffler, which resulted in resonance. By improving the wall thickness of the muffler structure, the structural modal frequency was changed to avoid the excitation frequency of the engine, thereby reducing vibration and the radiation noise of the shell.
