国际首创第二代高效无伤小麦杂交授粉器

【摘要】 为了进一步提高小麦杂交结实率,及为母本提供更足量的花粉,以增加F2分离出具有优良性状植株的概率,在第一代小麦杂交授粉器的基础上,试制出国际首创第二代高效无伤小麦杂交授粉器。试验结果统计显示:第二代高效无伤小麦杂交授粉器结实率比第一代提高2.9%、F2优良植株选出率提高15.5%、穗下茎损伤率为0,因此第二代高效无伤小麦杂交授粉器推广意义巨大。

【Abstract】 In order to further improve the seed setting rate of wheat hybrid, provide more pollen for the female parent, and increase the probability of F2 to isolate plants with good characters, the second generation of high-efficiency and injury free wheat hybrid pollinator was trial produced on the basis of the first generation of wheat hybrid pollinator. The results showed that the seed setting rate of the second generation of high-efficiency and injury free wheat hybrid pollinator was 2.9% higher than that of the first generation, the selection rate of F2 excellent plants was 15.5% higher, and the injury rate of stem under spike was 0. It is of great significance to popularize the second generation of high efficiency and injury free wheat hybrid pollinators.
