长链非编码RNA TDRG1表达对非小细胞肺癌预后判断的价值
Prognostic values of lncRNA TDRG1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
【摘要】 目的:探讨长链非编码RNA睾丸发育相关基因1(lncRNA TDRG1)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后判断的价值。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测60例NSCLC组织和癌旁组织中lncRNA TDRG1的表达水平。Kaplan-Meier方法评估总生存期,Cox比例风险模型进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:NSCLC组织中lncRNA TDRG1的表达显著高于癌旁组织。高表达lncRNA TDRG1与TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关。lncRNA TDRG1高表达患者总体生存时间较低表达患者明显缩短。单因素和多因素分析进一步确定高表达lncRNA TDRG1可作为患者总体生存时间的独立预测因子。结论:lncRNA TDRG1在NSCLC组织中高表达与总体生存时间相关,可作为NSCLC进展的潜在预后标志物。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the prognostic values of lncRNA TDRG1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR) was used to characterize the expression of lncRNA TDRG1 in 60 cases. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to evaluate overall survival, and the Cox proportional hazard model was used for univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: The expression of lncRNA TDRG1 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues. Upregulated lncRNA TDRG1 was closely related to TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. In addition, shorter overall survival times were observed from patients with high lncRNA TDRG1 expression. Both univariate and multivariate analyses confirmed that high expression of lncRNA TDRG1 could be used as an independent predictor for prognosis. Conclusion: Upregulated lncRNA TDRG1 in NSCLC is correlated with the overall survival time, and can be used as a potential prognostic marker.
