【Abstract】 The decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee embodies the unity of summing up the historical experience and facing the future; the unity of sticking to our basic principles and implementing reform and innovation; and the unity of problem orientation and goal orientation.The first unity reflects the three meta questions of philosophy from the perspective of history: i. e.Where did we come from? Who are we? Where should we go? It also embodies the modern historical consciousness,creating the "great historical time"of the Chinese nation in the "great history of time".The second one is essentially the unity of the firm confidence in our system and continuous reform and innovation,which contains"change and stability"; "adhering to what is right and making innovation";accurate identification of changes; scientific response to the changes; active embrace of changes; progress in stability; and progress towards the good and the better. The third is the unity of problem orientation and goal orientation,and the unity of crisis consciousness and mission consciousness. Goal orientation can ensure our work shifts from being led by the problem to being led by the goal.更多还原
