【摘要】 研究旅游产业与区域经济发展之间的相互影响关系,构建了旅游产业和区域经济耦合协调评价体系,运用熵值赋权法对四川五大经济区两系统的综合发展水平进行评价,引用耦合协调模型对比分析2008、2013和2018年两系统耦合协调演化关系.研究发现:四川省五大经济区旅游产业综合发展水平呈现以"成都平原经济区"为主,其余四大经济区为辅的态势,整体呈现上升趋势;区域经济综合发展水平差异较小,出现一定的层次性;五大经济区旅游产业和区域经济两系统三年间皆为高度耦合,关联程度强;耦合协调度逐步上升,协调状况好转,制约耦合协调发展水平的主要因素是旅游产业发展滞后.据此提出政府应充分重视旅游业在经济发展中的促进作用,推动旅游产业与区域经济匹配发展,建立健全长效旅游发展机制,发挥经济区域差异优势,促进区域旅游合作,引导两系统向高水平协调发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the mutual influence between the tourism industry and regional economic development,the tourism industry and regional economic system coupling coordination evaluation system is constructed;Using the entropy weighting method and coupling coordination model,an evaluation is made of the comprehensive development level of the two systems;and the coupling model is cited to compare and analyze the evolution of the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems in 2008,2013 and 2018.The study finds:Firstly,the comprehensive development level of the tourism industry in the five economic zones of Sichuan Province is led by the"Plain Economic Zone of Chengdu",and supplemented by the other four economic zones.On the whole,it takes on an upward trend of development;Next,the difference in the level of comprehensive development of regional economies is small,and a certain level of hierarchy appears;Finally,both systems saw a highly coupled and highly correlated development during the three years;Meanwhile the degree of coupling and coordination has gradually increased and the coordination has improved.The empirical analysis also finds that the main factor restricting the level of coordinated development is the lagging development of the tourism industry.Therefore,it is proposed that the government should pay full attention to the promotion of the tourism industry in economic development,to promote the matching development of the tourism industry and the regional economy,and establish and improve the long-term tourism mechanism,bring into full play the comparative advantages of regional economy,to reinforce regional tourism cooperation,and guide the tourism industry and regional economic system towards high-level coordinated development.更多还原
