【Abstract】 How to position the personnel training in junior college and undergraduate university,how to interlink their courses and how to organize the teaching effectively,these are the main problems with which the upgrading education from junior college courses to undergraduate university ones is faced.The students can be guided into three training channels of"further study","job-hunting"and"pioneering work"according to the need of social profession and students’ development,and their knowledge,techniques and ability.We can conduct this under the guidance of classified instruction,train talents in different periods,and develop according to different modules.Such mode gives the junior college students the chance for further study.Meanwhile,it meets the need for training talent of different levels and types.Furthermore,it helps people get the education of more levels and higher quality.更多还原
