【摘要】 当前,我国在科学技术上有着非常快速的发展,各种各样功能的胶粘剂不断的被研发,使得粘接技术在很多领域中发挥着重要的作用。由于粘接技术操作简单、安全、便捷、效果好等优势,在建筑、桥梁、港口等中都会使用到粘接技术。在我国煤矿开采中,由于使用人工进行开采不仅效率低,而且非常的不安全,所以通过机械设备进行开采不仅能够解决人工开采的问题,还能够大幅度的提升生产效率,增强我国的经济发展。然而使用机械设备最大的问题就是容易出现故障,需要对其进行修理工作,焊接方式修理增加的成本较高而且效果不好,通过使用粘接技术,可以简化修理工作,能够节省人力、物力和财力。所以本文主要探析了粘接技术在煤矿开采中的运用,主要将其运用于煤矿机械设备的修理工作中。研究粘接技术与焊接技术进行对比,发现粘接技术能够避免焊接带来的问题。通过对全文的分析与探讨,得出粘接技术能够在煤矿开采所使用的机械设备修理中发挥非常重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,China has a very rapid development in science and technology.Adhesives with various functions are continuously developed,making bonding technology play an important role in many fields.Due to the advantages of simple,safe,convenient and effective bonding technology,bonding technology is used in buildings,bridges and ports.In China’s coal mining,the use of manual mining is not only inefficient,but also very unsafe.Therefore,mining through mechanical equipment can not only solve the problem of artificial mining,but also greatly improve production efficiency and enhance China’s economic development. However,the biggest problem with the use of mechanical equipment is that it is prone to failure and needs to be repaired.The cost of repairing the welding method is high and the effect is not good.By using the bonding technology,the repair work can be simplified,and manpower,material and financial resources can be saved.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the application of bonding technology in coal mining,and mainly applies it to the repair work of coal mine machinery and equipment.Investigating the bonding technology and welding technology,it was found that the bonding technology can avoid the problems caused by welding.Through the analysis and discussion of the full text,it is concluded that the bonding technology can play a very important role in the repair of mechanical equipment used in coal mining.更多还原
